HVAC Truck Tradesmen; union

What you will do

As an HVAC Tradesman you will service and maintain heavy commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.

• Perform mechanical installations and drive results under labor agreements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems and respond to basic warranty calls.
• Keep JCI, contractors, and customers informed of job progress and issues as needed.
• Provide recommendations, solutions and quotes to ensure facility efficiency and upselling opportunities.

• Adherence to the company Safety Program.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑starter able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Willingness to join the UA of Plumbers and Pipe fitters.

This is a Bargaining Unit Position. Pay range: $21.61 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.
