Handyman, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Building Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing drywall and fixing leaks
• Install new fixtures and equipment as needed
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical and plumbing issues
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
• Ensure that all safety measures are followed at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience as a Handyman or similar role
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and general maintenance
• Ability to read blueprints and use hand‑power tools
• Excellent time management skills
• Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license
• Bilingual in English is preferred

Competitive salary of $1700 per month.

Atlanta, open to candidates from Pakistan or Kenya who have valid working permits for the United States.
