Handyman, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Building Maintenance

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable handyman to join our team in Atlanta. This is a contract position with accommodation provided for non-local candidates.

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting.
• Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment.
• Inspect buildings and identify any issues or necessary repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting.
• Ability to use various tools and equipment safely.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
• Basic understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
• Must be physically fit to perform manual labor tasks.
• Indian nationality preferred.
