This is an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art robotic welding systems, autonomous manufacturing technology, and advanced automation equipment, all while building a career with outstanding growth and advancement opportunities. This role requires approximately 85% travel to support customer installations, maintenance, and system optimization across the Southeastern US region.

What You’ll Do:

• Install, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced robotic and automated manufacturing systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs onsite at customer facilities.
• Read blueprints, electrical schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to solve technical challenges and improve system performance.
• Ensure customer equipment operates efficiently and reliably.

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical degree, trade certification, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Experience with industrial automation, manufacturing equipment, fabrication, machine shop, or mechanical/electrical systems.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, and a desire to learn new technologies.
• Willingness to travel approximately 85%.
