Bozzuto is seeking an Assistant Building Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at our properties in the Atlanta area. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs while managing make-ready processes to ensure swift turnover of apartments.
Qualified candidates bring 5+ years in facilities trades, HVAC certifications, strong leadership and safety awareness, plus the ability to work weekends and be on-call as needed.
