Slot Technician Supervisor

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair slot machines and related equipment
• Perform field service on slot machines at various locations
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with slot machines
• Install, upgrade, and configure computer hardware and software for slot machines
• Follow schematics and technical manuals to perform repairs and maintenance tasks
• Use hand tools and specialized equipment to perform repairs and adjustments
• Provide excellent customer service to casino staff and patrons
• Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inventory

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a slot technician or in a similar role preferred
• Strong knowledge of computer networking and low voltage systems
• Proficiency in using hand tools for equipment repair
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
• Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with casino staff and patrons
