- Restoration and demolition experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Clean driving record
- Availability for 24/7 emergency response rotation
- Lead water, fire, and mold restoration projects
- Assess property damage and execute mitigation plans
- Perform demolition and restoration tasks
- Operate drying and restoration equipment
- Complete job documentation and reporting
- Ensure customer satisfaction and team performance
