IEM in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Field Service Lead to manage, supervise, and optimize a team of field service technicians and engineers as they perform start-up, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of IEM products at customer sites. This is a working‑lead role with hands‑on field responsibilities and oversight of ~8 technicians across 2–6 active sites.
