• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement project plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during construction and maintenance phases.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and as‑built drawings.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to on‑site teams, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and excellence.

• Proven experience in electrical construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
• Proven expertise in managing electrical systems for large‑scale facilities, preferably data centres or similar critical infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical work are highly desirable.

• Conducting site walkthroughs to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Leading daily meetings with subcontractors and team members to align on goals and priorities.
• Reviewing and approving electrical work to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinating with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
