Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician-Plumber to install and repair plumbing systems across buildings. You will troubleshoot leaks, replace piping, service fixtures, and ensure compliance with blueprints and specifications.
The role requires the ability to read plans, estimate resources, and respond to emergencies. A high school diploma or GED and relevant experience are required. Valid GA license or ability to obtain is needed.
