Vicinia Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Turnkey Punch Technician/Painter to perform interior and exterior painting, surface prep, and general maintenance for apartment units. The role includes patching drywall, minor plumbing and electrical tasks, door hardware work, and replacing locks as needed.
The candidate should have 1–3 years of hands-on maintenance and painting experience, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a GED or high school diploma.
