Fleet Repair Solutions is a leader in medium-to heavy‑duty fleet service located in Ashland, VA. We are looking for Mobile Reefer Trailer Mechanics with trailer repair experience.

• Top Pay:
  Earn up to $37.00/hour

• Diagnose and repair trailer refrigeration units.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Conduct routine telematics repairs and inspections.
• Accurately track and document repairs using our computer system.
• Perform inspections and repairs on reefer units, and complete full trailer repair from a service truck using powered industrial equipment.

• CDL preferred but not required.
• Reefer technician experience required.
• Trailer repair experience and ability to perform DOT inspections required; 608 Certification required.
• Ability to diagnose and repair units using alarm codes.
• Ability to read and understand complex schematics and diagrams.
• Welding experience with steel and aluminum is a plus.
• A clean driving record and a passion for getting the job done right.
