Day Shift
We are seeking an Injection Molding Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing injection molding equipment and auxiliary systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, preventative maintenance, and the ability to minimize equipment downtime.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues
- Diagnose and repair injection molding presses, robots, conveyors, chillers, dryers, temperature controllers, and material handling systems
- Install, modify, and maintain production equipment
- Perform machine changeover support and assist with startup activities
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and technical manuals
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, company safety policies, and lockout/tagout procedures
- Maintain an organized and clean maintenance work area
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and tooling teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Recommend equipment improvements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3 plus years of maintenance experience in an injection molding manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Experience troubleshooting PLCs
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
