Position: Concrete Carpenter (Formwork & Finishing)
About This Role Experienced concrete carpenters needed in Atlanta, GA for commercial projects across the metro area. This is hands-on work installing and stripping forms, placing and finishing concrete, reinforcing and protecting pours - pay range $20-$59/hr depending on skill and role. You'll work on commercial job sites alongside small crews. We value reliable, skilled tradespeople who know formwork, concrete placement, finishing, curing and safe jobsite practices.

OSHA 10 is required; additional safety training is provided when needed.

What You'll DoLay out, build, set and strip concrete formwork (wood and modular forms) to project specs

Place and tie concrete reinforcement (rebar) and ensure proper embedment and spacing

Perform concrete placement/pouring and use hand and power tools for finishing surfaces

Apply curing methods and protect finished concrete in all weather, including cold conditions

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work area; follow site safety and traffic control plans

What We're Looking For Proven experience with concrete formwork, forms and form carpentry on commercial projects

Skilled in concrete placement/pouring, finishing, curing and protection techniques

Experience with concrete reinforcing (rebar) and layout for pours

Comfort working in extreme cold conditions and outdoors for extended periods

Ability to read basic plans, follow directions, and work as part of a crew

Qualifications OSHA 10 (required)
Prior commercial concrete/formwork experience

Reliable transportation to job sites in Atlanta Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
