Preferred Apartment Communities is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine, preventive, and emergency repairs across apartment homes and amenities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, to keep communities safe and comfortable.
Requirements include 1–3 years of maintenance experience, EPA Type II or Universal Refrigeration Certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift heavy loads and climb ladders.
