Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders for facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems and equipment. Conduct facility inspections and due diligence assessments, documenting conditions that affect client operations. Handle general interior maintenance including picture hanging, keyboard tray installation, office furniture repairs, and door adjustments. Support the operations team with building equipment maintenance and repair tasks. Move office furniture, machinery, and materials as needed.

Replace lighting fixtures and ballasts. Service HVAC systems by cleaning coils and changing filters and belts. Complete assigned safety trainings and hazard assessments while maintaining compliance with all safety procedures and local codes. Update work orders in real time using CMMS systems like 360 Facility. Perform vehicle safety inspections when applicable. Escalate issues to customers and managers promptly and attend required work and safety meetings.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Valid state driver's license; additional licenses as required by local jurisdiction

• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
• Climb ladders up to 30 feet.
• Frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and driving required.

Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and motor vehicle record screening

$25.00–$30.00 per hour
