$24.50–$34.00/hour + Performance Spiffs

Christian Brothers Mechanical LLC is growing and looking to add a skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician to our Austell, GA team. If you take pride in diagnosing problems correctly, doing clean work, and treating customers honestly-without being pushed to oversell-this is a strong fit.

• Hourly pay ranging from $24.50 to $34.00

• Additional earning potential through spiffs and incentives
• Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Shared on-call rotation

• Troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems efficiently
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Identify issues and clearly explain solutions to homeowners
• Provide repair or replacement recommendations based on system condition
• Follow safety procedures and company standards on every job
• Deliver a professional, respectful customer experience on every call

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification is required
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members
• Ability to work independently and manage your service calls
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work

• NATE Certification is a plus, but not required
