We re an insulation crew looking for a helper who can give us three solid days a week. Not a warm body for one job — someone who wants to stick around.

• Help install insulation in homes: attics, walls, and crawlspaces
• Run hoses, move material, set up and clean up, keep the jobsite tight
• Learn the trade from guys who ve done thousands of these

No experience needed. If you show up on time and work, we ll teach you the rest.

• Three days a week minimum
  , and we need to know which days so we can plan around you
• You tell us your availability — whether that s around classes, another job, or anything else — and we build your days from it
• You'll know your schedule a few days to a week ahead. No day-of scrambling
• Weekdays mostly. Occasional Saturdays if you want the extra hours
• Some weeks are single days, some are several in a row depending on the job

• Paid weekly — direct deposit
