Responsibilities- Perform warranty and service calls for residential plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues efficiently and accurately.
- Inspect plumbing installations to ensure they meet company standards and applicable codes.
- Complete repairs related to fixtures, water heaters, drain systems, water lines, and other plumbing components.
- Clearly explain repairs and recommendations to homeowners in a professional manner.
- Document service calls, repairs performed, and materials used.
- Maintain an organized service vehicle and company equipment.
- Work closely with the construction and warranty teams to resolve homeowner concerns promptly.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Represent Jenkins Plumbing with professionalism and excellent customer service at every job site.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service appointments.
- Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and local plumbing codes.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
