We are seeking experienced, safety-focused Combo Operators to join our growing team. In this role, you will operate and maintain vacuum trucks, hydro-excavation equipment, and related machinery while supporting utility, industrial, environmental, and infrastructure projects. This position is ideal for candidates with CDL experience, heavy equipment operation skills, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate hydro-excavation and vacuum trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform potholing, trenching, tunneling, utility locating, and excavation support activities.
• Control and manage high-pressure water systems used during excavation and cleaning operations.
• Complete service tickets, inspection reports, logs, and required documentation.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance issues.
• Follow all OSHA, DOT, and company safety regulations.
• Work closely with crew members, supervisors, and customers to complete projects safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CDL A license or willingness to obtain a CDL A with Tanker Endorsement preferred.
• Ability to operate commercial vehicles and specialized equipment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to pass background screening and drug testing requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Preferred Experience:
  
  Hydro Excavation Vacuum Truck Operations Utility Construction Underground Utilities Pipeline Services Environmental Services Industrial Cleaning Construction Equipment Operation Commercial Driving (CDL A or
  
  B) Tanker Endorsement Experience
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Frequently stand, sit, bend, twist, climb, and walk on uneven terrain. Ability to wear required PPE, including hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection.
