Assist with preventive maintenance and basic corrective maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems;
Support work on RTUs, AHUs, split systems, heat pumps, fan coils, VAVs, exhaust fans, pumps, condensers, and related equipment;
Assist journeyman technicians with BAS/BMS checks, controls troubleshooting, equipment startup, and other HVAC systems as assigned;
Perform equipment inspections, filter changes, belt replacements, coil cleaning, drain checks, basic electrical checks, and general HVAC maintenance tasks;
Help identify equipment deficiencies and report findings to senior technicians or leadership
