Commercial Plumbers
Nash is seeking skilled and experienced Commercial Plumbers to perform a variety of plumbing tasks in commercial and industrial settings. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with all relevant codes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and appliances.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems and materials required.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Cut, thread, and bend pipe to specifications using various tools and equipment.
- Assemble and install valves, fittings, and other plumbing components.
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and proper functionality.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing duties.
- Collaborate effectively with other tradespeople and project managers on job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for work performed.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber, with a strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and codes.
- Valid journeyman plumber license or equivalent certification (where required).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications accurately.
- Proficient in the use of various plumbing tools and equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and perform duties in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program is highly desirable.
