Atlantic Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Atlanta community. The ideal candidate will have EPA certifications (or be motivated to obtain them with our support) and hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general apartment maintenance.
We value safety, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset. The role includes on-call rotations, physical tasks up to 50 lbs., and contributing to upkeep of common areas and resident services.
