We are hiring an experienced Lead Mitigation Technician to join our growing restoration and remediation team. This is a leadership role for a motivated professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, customer service, and team development.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and confident leading mitigation crews while maintaining strong communication with customers and project management.
Applicants must have 1-2 years of experience working as a Lead Mitigation Technician in the restoration/mitigation industry.

- Lead and supervise mitigation crews on water, fire, mold, and remediation job sites
- Perform and oversee water extraction, demolition, drying, and remediation procedures
- Coordinate with homeowners, your team, and project managers
- Plan and manage daily job site workflow and crew productivity
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and meet company quality standards
- Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, moisture readings, and reports
- Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance
- Troubleshoot and resolve job site challenges professionally and efficiently
- Assist with training and mentoring team members
- 1-2 years of experience as a Lead Mitigation Technician (REQUIRED)
- Strong knowledge of water, fire, and mold mitigation processes
- Experience managing crews and job site operations
- Ability to read moisture maps, drying logs, and project scopes
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, etc.)
- 1-3 Experience in the mitigation and remediation industry
- Experience operating mitigation equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, extractors, etc.)
- Full-time position
- Some on-call, overtime, and emergency response work may be required
- Combination of field work and occasional administrative responsibilities
- Pay is competitive and based on experience and certifications.
