Labor Technicians

We are seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our team as Labor Technicians. This is a hands-on position supporting industrial, environmental, utility, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, operating around heavy equipment, and performing physical labor in a team-oriented environment.

• Assist with the operation of specialized equipment and machinery
• Perform manual labor including digging, shoveling, lifting, and debris removal
• Load, unload, sort, and transport materials and equipment
• Support site preparation and cleanup activities
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and assist with basic maintenance
• Complete required documentation and work reports
• Work effectively as part of a crew to complete projects safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, crawl, stand, and perform physically demanding work
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements
