Tiler Supervisor

We are a reputable construction company based in Atlanta and we are looking for an experienced Tiler Supervisor to join our team As the Tiler Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the tiling process on various construction projects and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard This position is suitable for men who are fluent in English and have experience working as a tiler

• Supervise and coordinate the tiling process on construction sites
• Ensure that all materials and tools are available for tiling work
• Train and guide junior tilers on proper techniques and safety procedures
• Review project plans and blueprints to determine tiling layout
• Install tiles according to design specifications
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Communicate with project managers and other team members regarding progress and any issues that may arise

• Proven experience as a tiler with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Extensive knowledge of different tiling materials techniques and tools
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity
• Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Good communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure
