As a Lead HVAC Service Specialist, you will serve as a technical authority for complex climate control systems, ensuring optimal environmental comfort and operational efficiency. • Execute complex repairs and preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC assets, including chillers, boilers, RTUs, and AHUs to maximize equipment lifespan.
• Drive system efficiency by fine-tuning controls and mechanical components to meet rigorous performance standards.
• Document service outcomes and asset health within CMMS platforms to ensure data-driven maintenance strategies.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence by providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance during all refrigerant handling and recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with facility management to identify and implement long-term infrastructure upgrades that enhance operational reliability.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial or institutional HVAC environments.
• Current EPA Universal Certification.
• Advanced proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, hydronic systems, and DDC control logic.

• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex service projects.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on proactive system optimization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective cross-departmental communication.
