Structural Foreman – Atlanta, GA

We are looking for an experienced Structural Foreman to join a growing construction team in the Atlanta area. This position will oversee structural work on tenant finish-out and renovation projects for large warehouse, distribution, and industrial facilities.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong structural steel experience who can manage crews, coordinate daily field activities, and keep projects moving safely and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise structural crews on active job sites
• Perform and oversee structural steel welding and installation
• Structural modifications, reinforcement, and miscellaneous steel work
• Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and daily work activities
• Work around existing warehouse and distribution operations
• Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and other trades
• Maintain quality, productivity, and jobsite safety standards
• Assist with layout, field modifications, and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Previous Foreman or Lead experience in commercial or industrial construction
• Strong structural steel welding experience required
• Experience with tenant finish-outs, renovations, or warehouse/distribution facilities preferred
• Ability to read structural drawings and plans
• Strong leadership and crew-management skills
• Knowledge of OSHA and jobsite safety requirements
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
• Welding certifications are a plus
