General Trades Technician | CGL Companies Why This Job Works Monday–Friday, 7:30 am-4:00 pm $1,000 Sign-on Bonus Overtime and on-call availability to support emergency community needs

What You’ll DoHandle core plumbing installs, repairs, and maintenance (sinks, water heaters, soldering, leaks, valves)
Troubleshoot and repair facility electrical systems, circuits, wiring, and lighting fixtures
Maintain, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems to keep our spaces safe and comfortable
Assist with general building tasks like light carpentry and hardware fixes
Log work orders in CMMS, keeping our shared work areas clean and safe Collaborate with a supportive team and enjoy continuous on-the-job training
What You Need High school diploma or GEDAt least 1 year of facility maintenance experience required
Strong, hands-on experience across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Commercial or institutional experience is a strong plus Positive attitude, solid work ethic, and a genuine drive to partner with your teammates
