Pay Grade:

F. Under general supervision, establishes and enforces child support obligations of responsible parents and coordinates child support activities with legal, judicial, and public organizations.

• Establishes child support obligations and ensures that such obligations are met.
• Communicates with clients and other constituents via telephone, email, correspondence, and direct contact to ensure that support obligations are met.
• Manages a caseload to ensure that child support obligations are met.
• Performs other professional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

• High school diploma/GED AND two (2) years of direct job-related experience.

• One (1) year of experience at a lower-level Child Support Services Agent 1 (SST
  060) or an equivalent position.
