We are seeking a Life Care Planning Social Worker to join our interdisciplinary team in our Vinings office. Working alongside Certified Elder Law Attorneys, public benefits specialists, and our practice management team, you will help older adults and their families navigate healthcare, long-term care, and aging-related challenges with confidence and dignity.
This position reports to the firm's Care Coordination leadership and offers a unique opportunity to combine social work, advocacy, care coordination, and relationship building in a collaborative legal setting.
