Responsibilities
Black Bear Lodge is a 144‑bed residential treatment center located in the serene forest foothills of northern Georgia. We provide integrated treatment for co‑occurring addiction and mental health concerns, offering a comprehensive program that addresses the needs of the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
- Perform regular wellness checks on patients.
- Chart significant events regarding patient treatment.
- Perform ground and room safety checks throughout your shift.
- Facilitate assigned groups as necessary.
- Process new intakes and discharges of patients.
- Administer and record vital signs, accompany/monitor patients to off‑site events/activities and appointments as needed.

- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
