Provide direct patient care to individuals with psychiatric conditions and monitor safety on the Male Crisis Stabilization Unit;
Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as part of patient care;
Take patient vitals and participate in routine nursing activities under RN supervision;
Engage patients in therapeutic activities and group sessions as directed by the nursing staff;
Collaborate with RN Charge Nurse and Unit Nurse Manager to implement care plans
