The Youth Pre-Employment Specialist will join Bridges’ team to deliver Pre-ETS services, increase student awareness of the world of work, and prepare youth with disabilities for employment and postsecondary success.
You will collaborate with schools, families, and community partners, conduct intakes, develop service plans, coordinate skill workshops and work-based learning experiences, and track monthly outcomes for billing and compliance.
