The Sixty Plus Social Worker strives to promote client and caregiver wellness of the older adult population by working to improve care outcomes, assisting with access to appropriate resources, developing and supporting care plans and goals for clients with complex and psychosocial needs, and assisting older adults to age.
Education
- Masters degree from an accredited social work program (MSW) Required
Work Experience
- 2 years of experience working with older adult population, including experience with dementia clients Required
Licenses and Certifications
- None Required
- LCSW
- License Clinical Social Worker strongly Preferred
