This Support Services Coordinator is responsible for the high-quality delivery and coordination of the agency’s comprehensive supportive services, including workforce development, academic support, and the Day Services Program. The Coordinator provides ongoing support and expertise through the assessment, planning, implementation, and outreach of both residential and drop-in community youth. The overall goal of the position is to enhance the quality of the Community Service Center services, manage crises, and provide continuity of care through the integration of outreach, case management, and discharge planning.

All duties should be performed within the framework of the policies and procedures of Covenant House Georgia.

• Collaborate with CHGA staff to cultivate, implement, and maintain new corporate and community partnerships.
• Facilitate communication with external workforce and academia partners to maintain up-to-date training curricula and pipelines to support youth.
• Identify, build, and maintain social enterprise and certification programs.
• Develop knowledge of current community resources and referrals, and refer clients for services outside the role's scope of practice.
• Collaborate with the Community Engagement Program Manager to support CHGA’s Youth Advisory Board, CHI’s Youth Congress, and the CoC’s Youth Committee.

• Complete intakes, meet the immediate needs of drop-in youth, and support Drop-In center clients when needed.
• Develop individualized case plans with measurable goals based on identified needs and complete housing assessments for all unhoused youth.
• Oversee the day-to-day flow of day services and maintain a robust monthly planner for services rendered in the Lifelong Learning Center.
• Ensure enriched programming related to physical and emotional wellness, life skills, workforce development, academic support, and youth advocacy.
• Conduct all youth interactions in a manner that promotes acceptance, respect, honesty, and emphasizes CHGA’s Five Principles.
• Assist with the planning and delivery of morning outreach services.
• Ensure the integration of social services and case management functions into family reunification, discharge, and housing processes with external service organizations.
• Provide and encourage a continuum of care approach for CHGA youth throughout various service programs.
