The Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS) is a dynamic state agency responsible for delivering a wide range of services to Georgia's most vulnerable populations. The DHS' Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) is seeking candidates to fill the position of Child Support Services Agent 2, this position will report to the Child Support Services Agent Supervisor.

Under direct supervision, establishes and enforces child support obligations of responsible parents. Coordinates child support activities with legal, judicial and public organizations.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Establishes child support obligations and ensures that such obligations are met.
- Communicates with clients and other constituents via telephone, email, correspondence and direct contact to ensure that support obligations are met.
- Manages a caseload to ensure that child support obligations are met.
- Performs other professional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Preferred Skills/
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of direct job-related experience.
- One (1) year of experience at the lower-level Child Support Services Agent 1 (SST
060) or position equivalent.
