A top Norcross-based tech company is looking for a software engineering manager to join their growing technology team on a full-time basis. This person will be leading a team of 3-10 full-stack engineers building a brand new platform. This will be a full-stack role with a bit more focus on the frontend.

• 7+ years as a software engineer with operational experience leading high-performance engineering teams, interested into moving into a people management role
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to break down complex technical problems into small, releasable, user-valued features
• Ability to navigate between business and technical domains of software implementation projects, providing leadership in both
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and mentor skilled software and test engineers

• Experience creating and improving cloud-based systems and infrastructure
• Prior experience authoring technical documentation and requirements
