Job SummaryThe Software Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. This role provides technical leadership, defines system architecture, and ensures that software designs align with business requirements and industry best practices.

- Design and define overall system architecture for software applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architectural designs.
- Select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Establish coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
- Review and validate technical designs and code for quality, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and system bottlenecks.
- Guide development teams through architectural decisions and implementation.
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, maintainability, and security.
- Document architectural designs, standards, and technical guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong experience in software design and architecture.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
- Experience with modern application architectures (monolithic, microservices, cloud-based).
- Knowledge of databases (SQL and No
SQL) and data modeling. - Understanding of APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science or related field.
- Experience with Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading technical teams.
