Job Summary

The Software Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. This role provides technical leadership, defines system architecture, and ensures that software designs align with business requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and define overall system architecture for software applications.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architectural designs.
  • Select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools.
  • Establish coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Review and validate technical designs and code for quality, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and system bottlenecks.
  • Guide development teams through architectural decisions and implementation.
  • Ensure system scalability, reliability, maintainability, and security.
  • Document architectural designs, standards, and technical guidelines.
Required

Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience in software design and architecture.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
  • Experience with modern application architectures (monolithic, microservices, cloud-based).
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL and No

    SQL) and data modeling.
  • Understanding of APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science or related field.
  • Experience with Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Prior experience mentoring or leading technical teams.
