Sr. Developer - AI&ML

• Design and develop AI components and APIs to seamlessly integrate with existing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on AI opportunities across various business landscapes.
• Provide technical leadership, ensuring AI solutions align with industry best practices and security standards.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Effectively document and communicate solutions using various formats like flowcharts and diagrams.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to initiatives focused on performance, stability, and reliability.
• Engage in Agile development processes, participating in two-week sprints to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Extensive experience in Software Engineering with a focus on AI and ML.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices.
• Expertise in AI frameworks and technologies, including Tensor Flow and scikit-learn.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with AWS services, particularly Sagemaker and the Gen AI stack.
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing and sentiment analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of Vector
  
  DBs and data infrastructure for AI training pipelines.
• Background in working with Agentic AI platforms and frameworks.
