Junior Software Developer – Java​/C#

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming languages like C#, Java, or C++ (C# experience is not mandatory; training will be provided)
• Strong enthusiasm for software development and technical problem-solving
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Capability to quickly learn new technologies and incorporate feedback
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Self-driven with a positive and growth-oriented outlook

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and configuration of our Warehouse System using C#/.NET technologies
• Help create and customize workflows, features, and integrations aligned with customer needs
• Participate in the testing and validation of software solutions before deployment
• Collaborate closely with senior developers through the project lifecycle, encompassing requirement clarification, development, and testing
• Engage in site installations, user training, and post-go-live support as required
• Interact with customers during project implementation to ensure solutions achieve operational objectives
• Acquire knowledge of internal system architecture, development standards, and best practices via hands-on project work
• Gradually assume ownership of designated project work streams as skills and experience expand
• Exhibit initiative, enthusiasm, and accountability in daily tasks
