Job Description: Cox Automotive Central Dispatch seeks a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join their agile development team. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying software solutions, mentoring junior engineers, and championing best practices in cloud-native software engineering.

• Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions.
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and automated tests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues.
• Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure within AWS.
• Explore and incorporate AI capabilities to improve code quality and deployment processes.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers.

• 4+ years of proficiency in .NET, C#, or React.js.
• Bachelor s degree in a related discipline and 4+ years of experience, OR master s degree and 2+ years of experience, OR Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience, OR 16 years of directly relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience designing and developing web applications.
• 4+ years of experience building and deploying applications in a cloud environment (preferably AWS; Azure or GCP acceptable).
• 4+ years of experience using Git or similar version control systems.
