Back End Developer

Our client, an AI-powered recruiting, credentialing, and sales platform built for healthcare staffing is looking for a Backend Engineer. This role is hybrid.

The suite of products helps healthcare staffing firms source, verify, and engage providers faster than ever.

We're onboarding major enterprise clients and expanding rapidly. We're looking for a senior engineer who can move fast, ship confidently, and elevate the performance and reliability of our existing Type Script codebase while helping us bring new products to life.

• Design, build, and refine new functionality within our platform
• Lead development on our upcoming Verifications product
• Own features end-to-end, from API to UI
• Improve code quality, performance, and developer experience across the entire stack

• 5+ years experience in modern full-stack development
• Strong with Type Script, Next.js, NestJS, and Graph
  
  QL. (Experience with similar technologies for the backend is alright too)
• Comfortable working with Prisma and PostgreSQL
• Ability to iterate quickly while maintaining clean, maintainable code
• Experience working in a startup or fast-moving environment
• A builder's mindset: proactive, opinionated, and able to go outside the box to find solutions

• Background in healthcare, staffing, or B2B SaaS
• Experience with AI agent development, integrating with other platforms
• UI/UX sensitivity and ability to ship polished front-end experiences
