Job Summary

An unpaid Web Development Director Intern helps lead projects, focusing on hands-on development, strategy, and team collaboration
, by building features, fixing bugs, managing content, implementing designs (HTML/CSS/JS), using CMS/frameworks (React/Word Press), and supporting senior staff to deliver digital experiences, gaining real-world skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and features.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
  • Collaborate on implementing new features, user interfaces, and landing pages.
  • Manage and update website content via CMS (e.g., Word Press).
  • Write clean, scalable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and potentially frameworks like React/Angular.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions on architecture and best practices.
  • Translate non-technical requirements into functional web solutions.
  • Support the strategic direction of web projects and digital initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
  • Proficiency in core web technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with web development frameworks (React, Angular, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
