Senior Full Stack Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain backend-focused applications, evolving from a monolithic architecture toward microservices
• Modernize applications currently running on an older .NET framework to the latest .NET versions
• Build and optimize high-performance, secure APIs using C# and .NET
• Partner closely with Product, Dev Ops, and Engineering teams in a changing, evolving environment
• Identify performance bottlenecks, improve reliability, and resolve complex defects
• Contribute to and influence architectural decisions and best practices
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing using Azure Dev Ops
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Create and maintain clear, practical technical documentation
• Support a frontend platform that is transitioning toward React-based, scalable UI architecture (hands-on React not required)
