Sr. Mobile Developer​/Hybrid

Tier4 Group is hiring for a Senior Mobile Developer (React Native), you’ll play a key role in shaping the next generation of our mobile experiences across iOS and Android. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional partners to design, build, and ship high‑quality applications that are fast, scalable, and user‑centric. From architectural decision‑making to hands‑on development, you’ll champion engineering excellence—driving best practices in performance, security, maintainability, and modern mobile development standards.

In this role, you will engineer new features, enhance existing applications, and help integrate complex systems including APIs, cloud services, and IoT‑connected devices within a multi‑tier ecosystem. You’ll collaborate daily with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver elegant, intuitive mobile experiences. This is a senior individual‑contributor position with meaningful technical ownership.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance, scalable mobile applications using React Native.
• Build and maintain mobile SDKs that enable seamless integration with partner applications.
• Work with Bluetooth stacks and connectivity layers across major mobile platforms to support IoT and device communication.
• Manage end‑to‑end deployment and release processes for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Write clean, testable, well‑architected code and profile performance across a variety of devices.
• Lead and participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and overall mobile engineering best‑practice initiatives.
• Contribute to planning, requirements analysis, and solution design for both iOS and Android platforms.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on React Native experience, including native module development.
• Strong understanding of databases, server‑side interactions, and API integration patterns.
• Practical experience with IoT‑related connectivity, sensor data, or real‑time data streaming.
• 3+ years of experience building, testing, and deploying production‑level iOS and Android apps.
