• 10+ Years of experience in Mainframe development
• Develop, maintain, and enhance mainframe applications
• Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions
• Write and test COBOL, JCL, and other mainframe code
• Debug and resolve application issues
• Optimize application performance
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with other developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
• Participate in code reviews

• 10+ years of experience in mainframe development
• Strong COBOL, JCL, and related mainframe skills
• Experience analyzing requirements and delivering technical solutions
• Proven ability to debug, optimize, and document code
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
