Full‑time; W2; no third‑party brokerage; no C2C or 1099; direct client work only.

• 3–5 years of real‑time .NET development experience.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, JSON, SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ, Azure or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit).
• Strong coding skills; coding test required.
• Confidence in technical abilities.
• Open to H‑1B transfer for current H‑1B holders.
• Eligible for OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, TN, E3, or other non‑immigrant visas with potential H‑1B sponsorship for the 2027 quota.
