Technical Lead/Architect
We’re hiring an AI Technical Lead/Architect who will be responsible for guiding teams in building advanced AI‑driven systems and automation solutions. This is a 100% remote role (must be located in the U.S.), full‑time with competitive salary, bonus, 401(k) and more.
Responsibilities- Designing and implementing AI architectures:
Lead the development of intelligent applications, including RAG pipelines, AI agents, and data‑driven automation workflows. Collaborate with engineering and data teams to turn complex information into actionable outputs. - Technical leadership:
Oversee the architectural design, integration, and deployment of AI solutions, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and aligned with organizational standards. - Automation and agent development:
Drive the creation of autonomous workflows using modern AI frameworks, enabling systems to perform tasks, analyze data, and support decision‑making with minimal human intervention. - Team guidance:
Mentor and support engineers working on AI and automation initiatives, promoting high‑quality code, experimentation, and effective problem‑solving. - Continuous improvement:
Stay current with emerging AI technologies, agentic frameworks, and industry best practices, ensuring solutions remain modern, efficient, and compliant.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar
- 10+ years of software engineering experience and designing scalable software solutions
- Experience building and deploying AI agents capable of automating routine operational workflows, such as data processing, task routing, and system monitoring
- Ability to design agentic workflows that integrate with existing systems, enabling autonomous decision‑making, error handling, and continuous task execution
- Skilled in using modern agent frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain, Semantic Kernel, Auto Gen) to create multi‑step, goal‑oriented automation solutions
- Proven success implementing AI‑driven process automation that reduces manual effort, improves efficiency, and enhances operational reliability
- Guiding development teams, promoting best practices, and ensuring system performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Working closely with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business goals and project requirements
- Producing high‑level product specifications, architectural diagrams, and technical blueprints to support development teams
