Job OverviewAs an Advisor, IT Developer, you will design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to established technical standards. You will work closely with technical leads, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure applications. Strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn new technologies are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain software applications and components.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with best practices and project requirements.
- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Support development activities including coding, testing, and deployment.
- Assist in troubleshooting, incident resolution, and performance optimization.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for applications and integrations.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
- Follow established development processes, security guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Explore new technologies and contribute to proof‑of‑concept initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement by implementing reusable components and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Occasional interaction with vendors and cross‑functional teams.
- Flexible work schedule; may require weekend or holiday work.
- Domestic and international travel as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
- Min. level of education:
Bachelor’s Degree or/and Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field required. - 5–7 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience in full‑stack development and building scalable applications.
- Proficiency in Java/JEE, Spring Framework, SDLC, and object‑oriented design.
- Hands‑on experience with SQL, Hibernate, REST/SOAP Web Services, JSON, XML.
- Front‑end development skills with JavaScript, Angular, HTML
5. - Familiarity with application servers (Tomcat, Web Sphere) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and version control tools (Git, SVN).
