As an Advisor, IT Developer, you will design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to established technical standards. You will work closely with technical leads, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure applications. Strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn new technologies are key to success in this role.

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and components.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with best practices and project requirements.
• Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Support development activities including coding, testing, and deployment.
• Assist in troubleshooting, incident resolution, and performance optimization.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for applications and integrations.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Follow established development processes, security guidelines, and compliance standards.
• Explore new technologies and contribute to proof‑of‑concept initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement by implementing reusable components and best practices.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Occasional interaction with vendors and cross‑functional teams.
• Flexible work schedule; may require weekend or holiday work.
• Domestic and international travel as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.

• Min. level of education:
  Bachelor’s Degree or/and Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field required.
• 5–7 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience in full‑stack development and building scalable applications.
• Proficiency in Java/JEE, Spring Framework, SDLC, and object‑oriented design.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL, Hibernate, REST/SOAP Web Services, JSON, XML.
• Front‑end development skills with JavaScript, Angular, HTML

• Familiarity with application servers (Tomcat, Web Sphere) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and version control tools (Git, SVN).
